What the role involves
Hi, I'm Max - co-founder & CEO of 10x Dental (YC W25). We build AI employees for dental practices. Our outbound calls reactivate dormant patients and generate $10–30k in additional revenue per practice on autopilot. We're live in the largest privately owned dental group in Chicago and doubling month over month. What you'll achieve: In 1 month: Ship your first production feature end-to-end and own a critical system In 3 months: Architect and scale core infrastructure as we 3x our practice count In 6 months: Shape our product roadmap and engineering culture as we build out the team Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js What we're looking for: Full-time ONLY. No interns. Strong full-stack instincts - serious backend & frontend skills A history of building things on your own - side projects, tools, experiments Someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants real ownership at an early-stage startup Compensation: Salary: $120–140k Equity: 0.5–1.5% Details: Based in San Francisco (in-person from day one) US citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder (we can't sponsor visas at this time)
