What You’ll Do Build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using Next.js on the frontend and FastAPI, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks. Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies. Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows. Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure. Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience. Continuously iterate on evals, model performance, and the real-world accuracy of our AI agents. You Might Be a Fit If You... Have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, full-stack engineering, or both. Are comfortable building full-stack products from scratch and taking ownership across frontend, backend, and AI systems. We are looking for a Product Operation to help us scale the bridge between operations, product, implementation, and customer success. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable turning operational problems into scalable product workflows. You will lead operational initiatives, define and track KPIs, improve internal processes, support customer onboarding, and help translate frontline operational needs into product requirements. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams, and you should enjoy building systems from zero to one.
