Founded in 2011, Zaggle is a payments management SaaS. The fintech company offers prepaid cards, expense management, and rewards platforms for businesses. The company began by simplifying corporate gifting and later expanded into broader expense automation and employee engagement tools. In 2024, Zaggle received approval from the NPCI to offer UPI services and increased its stake in Mobileware to deepen its tech capabilities. It also partnered with Google and signed SaaS distribution deals with Neuroglia Health. Zaggle went public in September 2023, raising Rs 563.38 Cr at the issue price of Rs 164 per share. With a revenue of Rs 786.87 Cr in FY24, Zaggle competes with companies including ChargeBee, Bill Desk and Open Money.
