Role Overview We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the systems, integrations, workflows, and infrastructure that power Titan’s wealth management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, compliance, and data. You will ensure that Titan’s most critical technical foundations—from custodial integrations to portfolio management workflows to regulatory systems—are reliable, scalable, and built for speed. This seat is deeply technical and execution-oriented. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our internal and client-facing systems work seamlessly end-to-end, enabling advisors, operations, and clients to trust Titan with their financial lives. You’re scrappy, systematic, and comfortable translating complex financial requirements into clear technical specifications. You understand how the pipes, data, and rules behind wealth platforms actually work—and you get energy from making them work better. What You’ll Do Drive Technical Execution Across Critical Wealth Systems Own and manage projects involving custodial integrations (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity), financial data aggregation, reconciliation workflows, and trading or portfolio management systems. Define technical requirements and partner with engineering to build robust, compliant, scalable systems. Ensure data accuracy by reviewing data models, API payloads, edge cases, and SQL queries. Build & Maintain Titan’s Core Operational Infrastructure Lead initiatives related to account onboarding, transfers, portfolio accounting, trade workflows, rebalancing, client reporting, and compliance-driven processes. Work closely with wealth advisory, operations, and client services to understand bottlenecks and build solutions that streamline internal workflows. Translate Regulatory Requirements Into Product & Engineering Specs Partner with Titan’s compliance team to operationalize rules, disclosures, guardrails, and auditability into system logic. Role Overview The Technical Recruiter role is foundational to Titan’s talent strategy. Your mission is to build and fuel the talent engine that powers Titan’s growth, identifying, engaging, and inspiring the kind of technical talent that raises the bar for our entire company. You’ll push Titan to think bigger about talent while grounding your work in data, market intelligence, and world-class candidate engagement. As the Technical Recruiter, you will: Champion Titan’s top-of-funnel engine, ensuring our talent pipelines are deep, diverse, and consistently high-caliber. Role Overview We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to join our Advisory team. Advisory is key to our mission of increasing our generation’s compound growth rate. We pride ourselves in rethinking established paradigms for the end-to-end investment management experience and pushing the status quo. Our goal is to tech-enable the relationship between client and investment manager, setting clients up for superior investment outcomes and compounding their financial knowledge. You will work directly with our Director of Wealth Advisory to help bridge Titan’s Investment Management and Product teams, helping drive the most seamless investment experience possible for our clients. You will engage current and prospective clients in discussions focused on the nuances of Titan’s investment offerings, reimagine the wealth management industry from the ground up, participate in bespoke portfolio analysis for clients, create and project-manage investment insights (investment reports/webinars), and intensely collaborate cross functionally (Investment Research, Growth/Marketing, Product/Design, Biz Ops & Strategy) to drive product and revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow your book of clients: Take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, deepening relationships and increasing Assets Under Management through proactive, value-driven guidance.
