Scaling further requires building a durable, flexible capital layer that can support rapid client onboarding and refinancing activity. We are hiring a Head of Capital Markets to join our leadership team to design and execute SyntheticFi’s capital strategy, including structuring and securing credit facilities (e.g., delayed draw / warehouse lines) that power our lending platform. You’ll work directly with our cofounder and CIO Joseph Wang, to build and scale SyntheticFi’s financing infrastructure to support its rapid growth.  As the Head of Capital Markets, you will: Structure, execute, maintain, and expand SyntheticFi’s core credit facilities, including delayed draw and warehouse lines to support client refinancing.  Lead end-to-end debt fundraising processes, including outreach, negotiation, diligence, and closing.  Manage relationships with lenders, including family offices, HNW/UHNW individuals, credit funds, and other structured capital providers. Translate SyntheticFi’s product, collateral, and performance data into clear, compelling materials for external capital providers. Support broader fundraising efforts, including preparation of investor materials and data rooms for both debt and equity processes. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and content generation, turning SyntheticFi’s unique value into a scalable, repeatable pipeline.
