We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market. The Role You will own the full customer relationship: onboarding, go-live, retention, renewals, expansion, and work directly with the CEO as the customer’s internal quarterback at ClaimSorted. Lead onboarding and delivery: build the plan, drive the timeline, and ensure a clean go-live Coordinate Ops, Claims, and Product to unblock issues fast and keep clients confident Run the account rhythm: success plans, SLAs, escalation paths, and exec updates Spot risk early, de-escalate issues, and earn renewals and references Find and close expansion opportunities (new programs, regions, lines, volume) Turn what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and routines We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in either our New York City or London office.
