What you'll do As a Deployment Specialist, you will help translate ambitious AI capabilities into production systems inside major U.S. banks — connecting business goals, technical design, and regulatory requirements to ensure bold ideas become reality. From initial planning through testing and launch, you'll bring order to complexity, drive clarity across stakeholder groups, and keep critical milestones on track. You'll be the voice of the client in day-to-day execution: getting embedded with client teams, understanding their workflows and constraints, and turning that into clear decisions for Casca. Ship the Product Deploy Casca's AI loan origination platform inside Tier 1 banks — you're on the ground when legacy systems that took decades to build get replaced in months Drive technical delivery alongside Casca's engineering team: core banking integrations, API specifications, data mapping, environment setup — you're not coordinating from afar, you're in it Own the project cadence — leading standups, tracking progress, testing software — you're the person who knows where every workstream actually stands Flag slippage early, and surface risks before they compound Evolve the Product Gather and synthesize product requirements directly from bank users — understand how they work, what they expect, and where current capabilities fall short Translate client needs into actionable feature requests, user stories, and prioritized input for Product and engineering Surface edge cases and integration friction that only emerge in live deployments — your perspective shapes what gets built next Be the Expert Become the ground truth on your bank — their systems, data models, compliance requirements, and internal dynamics Build deep domain knowledge in banking and lending — understand the regulatory, legacy, and organizational landscape well enough to anticipate problems before they surface Own the Client Relationship Earn buy-in at the working level — VPs, Directors, and team leads. Become the person the bank's working team calls when something's off — you're Casca's credibility on the ground Make Casca's AI make sense to the people who have to live with it. You'll own a product vertical end-to-end. You'll work directly with our engineering team and bank customers to turn complex lending workflows into elegant, AI-native experiences. You'll make consequential decisions about what we build and why. Our bottleneck isn't demand. It's delivery speed. Banks keep pulling us into new areas faster than we can build. We need people who can own big problems, work directly with sophisticated customers, and help us ship faster. What You'll Do Define product strategy for your vertical. Make hard prioritization calls. Shape the roadmap based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Spend time with bank customers. Understand their workflows, pain points, and the regulatory constraints they operate within. Build products that actually solve problems. Work closely with engineers to make good tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scope. Understand technical complexity. Own the full lifecycle: requirements, development, QA, rollout, iteration. Measure what matters. Fix what doesn't work. Move fast. Juggle multiple priorities, make decisions with incomplete information, adapt quickly as we learn. What We're Looking For 4+ years in product management in fast-paced, tech-driven environments (we're especially excited by prior startup experience) Track record of shipping customer-facing products that users actually use Strong analytical skills. You use data to make decisions, not to justify them after the fact. Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain complex ideas simply. Operational Resilience: You thrive in high-velocity environments and are comfortable making decisions under pressure. You understand that a perfect architecture is useless if it doesn't ship, and you know how to manage trade-offs to maintain momentum. Architectural Maturity: A quality-first mentality, but with a bias for action. You can quickly identify the trade-offs between "doing it right" and "doing it now," and you know when to pull which lever. Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in modern programming languages and web application frameworks, along with strong competence in data modeling for relational databases and distributed cloud platforms.
