The Role Our current lead list is larger than we can deal with, so we are seeking a hungry and experienced sales professional to help us continue our rapid growth. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our NYC office. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating pipeline for our Account Executives by managing outbound campaigns, monitoring domain activity, and ensuring timely responses to prospect inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their sales career in SaaS and commercial real estate technology. You will have a unique opportunity to work across our business: interacting with many prospects every day, helping develop deep relationships with those customers as they become users while also having a front-row seat and input into how we build our product. Working out of our office in Manhattan, you’ll be comfortable traveling regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to ensure we are top of mind for decision makers in our customers. Part of the compensation for this role will be a commission and you will have the ability to earn significant upside if you exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Monitor company domains and outbound email campaigns for engagement and deliverability Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound prospect emails Qualify leads and schedule intro calls and demos for Account Executives Research target accounts within the commercial real estate finance sector Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in our CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals What we're looking for The ideal candidate will have or bring the following: 3+ years selling to enterprises, SaaS and/ or financial services experience preferred Track record of high achievement and quota attainment Experience/ comfort across the sales funnel (prospect through to close) Bonus if you are an ex-founder or previous first/ early sales hire Above all else, we value people who have a growth mindset and who want to make an impact in their work.
