Head of Cafe Expansion

Corgi is vertically integrating the entire insurance industry. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised $374M from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so.

Building something great requires working hard. We are in the office 6-7 days a week. We are meritocratic with very high standards. If you don't meet them, you'll get cut. But if you deliver, you have unlimited scope to grow.

Responsibilities

Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide.

Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics.

Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront.

Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally.

Build systems/processes for global scale.

You have startup and/or founder experience.

What we’re looking for

Background in fast-growing QSR, cafe brands or venture-backed companies.

Strong leadership running cafe operations.

Proven analytical understanding of business economics to run, operate and scale cafes.

You enjoy fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments.

Base: $140k-$220k

Equity: 0.01% - 0.10%
