Think of us as Airbnb, but for finding a private chef to cook for any occasion. We help chefs work on their own terms and earn 3x more than working in restaurants. We have built the UK's largest community of 3000+ chefs and have just launched in the US. Description We are hiring a senior performance marketer who can scale yhangry’s demand side (meaning people looking for private chefs) and deliver profitable bookings. You are not (only) a Google Ads operator.
You are a performance-driven growth builder is excited to drive real bookings and revenue. You will own the entire acquisition engine: paid traffic, creative production, landing page conversion, tracking, and unit economics. Your mission is to discover and scale the winning acquisition model that increases our ROAS and profitably 10x’s our bookings.  Who will you be working with? I’m Heinin, one of the founders of yhangry. Since starting yhangry, Google and Meta ads have become key acquisition channels at yhangry, driving half of our client acquisition in the UK. We’ve just launched in the US, and we’ll be expanding globally next year, so we decided it’s the right time to bring this expertise in-house. This role is critical to the growth of yhangry. You’ll be working directly with me to scale our US performance marketing to 10x the level achieved in the UK. Responsibilities breakdown 50% - Paid ads: Build and run structured testing roadmaps for our paid ad channels. Scale our Google and Meta ads account 10x within while maintaining/improving our profitable ROAS. Test different campaign formats, structures, creatives, channels e.g. TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Spotify etc. Implement aggressive test-and-learn cycles to increase ROI. Launch campaigns in new geos as we expand globally. 20% - Creative production and iteration: Build a repeatable creative machine and test 20-30 new creatives per month. Improve performance, creative standards and build a library of winning formats to continue iterating / optimising. 20% - Conversion rate optimisation: create hypothesis and testing roadmap for ad landing pages to create a personalised acquisition journey and maximise conversion. Iterate on messaging, positioning, user flow based on data insights. 10% - Performance analysis and reporting: own reliable conversion tracking, offline conversions data and attribution across different channels. Build dashboards and reporting automation. Evaluate performance and opportunities based on commercial value: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV etc. Who You Are You are not just a channel manager — you are a growth hunter.
