What Perfekto does
Over 1/3 of food is being thrown away and in Latin America 72% of it prior to the consumer stage. Mainly due to physical imperfections or surplus production, despite being fresh and edible. Perfekto offers a grocery subscription box with imperfect and surplus food, home-delivered. Thereby, consumers save time and money while reducing food waste. The founders are experienced leaders scaling startups & grocery operations. Anahí previously led the Uber Grocery initiative for Latam. Jan scaled Swiss FinTech Sonect to pre-Series B and to Mexico. Juan led Walmart's eCommerce logistics and operations in Mexico.
