You will: Own projects across operations, finance, hiring, and strategy Build dashboards, automations, and internal tools using AI and vibe coding Take things off people's plates before they ask Talk to customers and make sure their experience is perfect Manage priorities and keep things moving when ten things are happening at once Prepare materials for investors, partners, and customers Bring ideas from your background that nobody on the team has thought of yet You should be: Cracked with AI tools. You use them for everything and you are 10x more efficient because of it Capable of vibe coding your way to a working solution High agency. You handle big items alone and ask for help when needed Obsessed with customers and how they experience the company Organized enough to run five workstreams without dropping one Fast. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We are building NOX NEST, the AI platform that runs our entire operation. Quoting, nesting optimization, job scheduling, machine integration, customer portal, internal tooling. Our code ships to the factory floor. You will: Ship features across the full stack Build and improve ML models for cut-time estimation, nesting optimization, and demand intelligence Write software that integrates directly with saws and material handling hardware Work on real-time scheduling and operational systems Help build infrastructure that scales across automated cells Use a large compute budget to solve hard problems Be an idea guy/girl Implement vision systems You should be: A strong engineer who ships fast and owns what they build Comfortable across the stack from database to UI to cloud infra Experienced with Python, TypeScript, or similar Interested in applied ML and not afraid of messy real-world data Cracked with AI tools and modern development workflows High agency.
