We’re a small, fast-moving team with a mission to help 1 billion people speak English clearly and advance their careers. The Role We’re looking for our first Product hire who will own BoldVoice’s product end-to-end. This is not a “write PRDs” role. This is deep ownership of the user experience: what appears in the app, the learning flow, the AI interactions, and the features that move our business. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with engineering, design, and ML, driving features from insight into the hands of users. This is an ideal role for a PM (or ex-founder) with 5-8 years of experience who has strong product taste, impeccable UX instincts, and a bias for fast execution. You’ll shape a product that millions interact with, and you’ll ship real user value without layers of process or slow decision cycles. This role is fully in-person in our NoHo office. The Role We’re hiring a Social Content Producer to scale BoldVoice’s creative engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s smart, scrappy, organized, and comfortable shipping a lot of short-form content every week. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own creative output across paid and organic channels: driving ideas, managing creators, and producing videos that move our metrics. This role is fully in-person at our NoHo, NYC office. What You’ll Do Own the full creative pipeline across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels. Generate concepts and scripts for both paid ads and organic content. Source, recruit, brief, and manage creators and UGC partners. Review creator submissions, give clear direction, and ensure fast turnaround. Manage creator operations, including contracts, payments, and communication. What You Bring Must-Haves 1–4+ years in growth, creator marketing, performance creative, or similar roles. Fast, scrappy executor who can ship 10+ creatives per week. Direct experience making short-form video content (ads, UGC, or organic). Strong creative instincts — you can spot a winning creative instantly. Specifically, you’ll work on: Model Development and Deployment Designing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models for AI coaching, pronunciation feedback, and accent detection. This will include working on LLMs, speech models like Wav2Wec2.0, and multi-modal models like speech to speech models. Deploying these models into production environments for real-time and batch inference. Pipeline Development and Optimization Building reusable and organized data preprocessing pipelines for various data, including audio data, text data and more.
