Syntra is building the intelligence layer for medical charts: a unified system of record that aggregates data across point solutions and enables AI agents to automate administrative work. Our customers start with Syntra’s chart and claim audit and build additional agents from there.
We have a hybrid sales team with an in person office in San Francisco.
Traction snapshot
- We launched 1 year ago. Syntra processes $200M+ insurance collections annually and over 1M new patient encounters.
- We consistently grow bookings or live revenue by at least 10-25% a month.
- We are on track to 8-10x bookings y/y by the end of ‘26.

- About the role
- This role will sell to leads sizing from 20+ providers. Your leads will come from your own outbound motion, referrals, and field marketing.
- What we are looking for
- To succeed at this role, you must be experienced in booking meetings with large healthcare enterprises and navigating the complexity of enterprise sales
You have 3+ years of experience of selling in enterprise healthcare in either health IT, pharma, or medical devices.
