What the role involves
We are looking for a Head of Growth in Philippines to drive user acquisition, optimize retention, and scale our market presence. Key responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
Build and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy to expand Elevate Pay’s footprint in Philippines.
Define and manage country-specific user acquisition channels, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality signups.
User Acquisition & Retention
Lead growth initiatives across influencer partnerships, targeted content, and referral programs.
Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies to maintain strong deposit retention and reduce churn.
Market Expansion & Local Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including remote work communities and local financial institutions.
Ensure Elevate Pay differentiates itself through localized solutions that address real pain points..
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze key growth metrics.
Use data to iterate marketing spend and maximize ROI on acquisition efforts.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the product, compliance, and operations teams to refine Elevate Pay’s Philippines strategy.
Hire and manage a small but highly effective local team to execute growth initiatives.
About Elevate
Elevate is bringing AI to private equity-backed roll-ups. For example, one of our customers is Guardian Restoration Partners, which is backed by Alpine Investors, the leading roll-up focused private equity firm. In three months, we integrated 10 acquisitions and enabled them to pilot AI agents built on top of our data warehouse. We know this problem personally. Before Elevate, Scott was a Vice President at a $15B private equity firm where he was leading a roll-up. Steve and Jeff are both software engineers with backgrounds across finance, big tech, and start-ups. The founding team has been friends for over a decade from their Duke undergraduate days.
