Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands internet culture, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn raw footage into content that people stop, watch, and share. This isn’t a traditional editing role. You'll work directly with founders, marketing, and creative teams to build campaigns, ads, social content, and brand stories that drive real business impact.
What you’ll do?
Social & Performance Content
Create high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Edit ad creatives, product videos, testimonials and brand campaigns.
Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos with compelling storytelling and pacing.
Post-Production Excellence
Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final mastering to ensure premium-quality output.
Organize footage and maintain a structured editing workflow.
Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
Creative Ideation
Stay on top of trends, memes, editing styles, and viral content formats.
Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling angles.
What are we looking for?
1 year of professional video editing experience.
Experience working with startups, D2C brands, agencies, creators, or content teams is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
Technical Skills
You should be proficient in
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
