What the role involves

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp generalist to help build and maintain the systems that make Saturn a lean, partnership-centered execution machine. You’ll work closely with our partnerships and product team, leveraging data and automations to turn high-level goals into trusted, scalable systems. This is an incredibly high-impact role for curious, data-driven builders with a commercial bias who want to build the best growth engine in the category. If you obsess over the high-level metrics as much as the smaller details (you think at scale and care deeply about quality), have a bias for speed and action, and hate doing stuff because “it’s always been done like this,”… welcome to Saturn.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…

Learn fast and love figuring things out. We don’t care if you’re classically trained. You learn by tinkering, aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, and go from “new tool” to “working prototype” in days, not months. (Familiarity with Zapier/CRM/n8n/Clay/SQL is nice to have.)

Pay attention to details and own the output. Speed ≠ sloppy. You know your work touches other people, so you care about accuracy. You take initiative, move quickly, and hold the bar.

Think no task is too big or too small. You chase a missing datapoint with the same care you’d use to reshape a system. Impact over ego.

Are a builder with a can-do attitude. The question isn’t “Can I do this?” but it’s “How do I do this with what we have?” You’re resourceful inside constraints.

You are data-driven with a commercial bias. You ask why before how. You tie initiative to metrics movement. Automation is a means, not the goal.

Can handle ambiguity and communicate proactively. You love breaking down high-level tasks into steps with owners, risks, and timelines. You move smoothly across teams and communicate relevant updates without being asked to.

Stay curious and current. You keep up with the stack, evaluate and propose emerging tools. You learn fast enough that the tools don’t limit you.

What Values We’re Looking For and what you can expect the Saturn team to be:

Pursue Greatness: Strive for excellence in everything you do, iterating, learning, growing, and embracing discipline to drive progress.

Earn Trust: Build strong relationships through integrity, transparency, and delivering on your promises.

Seek Truth: Be data-driven, curious, and unafraid to challenge assumptions in pursuit of the best solutions.

Be Audacious: Dream big, take ownership, take calculated risks, and push boundaries to create meaningful progress.

Orbit Together: Collaborate with a shared mission, knowing collective success drives greater outcomes.

Will to Care: Care about your team, customers and work to the extreme degree; Read Unreasonable Hospitality.

About Us

We’re Saturn, the fast-growing B2B startup (top in S24 batch) and are backed by top-tier investors. We’re building a game-changing platform to bring financial peace of mind to billions worldwide.

About Saturn

At Saturn, our mission is to make financial peace of mind more accessible by building the best operating system for wealth managers. Wealth and Asset Management is one of the world’s highest revenue-generating industries, yet it remains painfully inefficient. The sector relies heavily on disjointed legacy systems, manual human tasks, and a complex web of intermediaries, all of which increase costs. Saturn is an AI-powered operating system for wealth management built to automate investment research, streamline operations, and ensure compliance. Saturn creates the best version of truth, empowering investment advisors to work more efficiently, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and deliver personalised, high-value services to their clients. Today, Saturn supports over 200 firms globally that manage more than £35bn in assets under management (AUM) and over 200,000 clients. As the industry grows, it faces massive operational challenges like bad tech, advisor retirements, regulatory pressure, an increased cost base, and transformational opportunities like great intergenerational wealth transfer and changing consumer needs. Saturn aims to be at the forefront of this transformation, driving the future of wealth management.
