What the role involves
Karumi is building an AI agent that joins video calls and delivers live, interactive product demos autonomously — answering questions, navigating the product in a real browser, and booking follow-ups, 24/7 and in any language. We're a Y Combinator company with real traction (thousands of demos delivered and a growing book of paying B2B SaaS customers) and we're now growing our go-to-market team.
As a Growth hire, you'll own how Karumi reaches its market. You'll build the demand-generation engine from scratch — across content, paid, lifecycle, and our own AI agent as a top-of-funnel growth loop — and turn it into a repeatable source of pipeline.
What you'll do
Build and own the growth engine: demand gen, content/SEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle.
Design and run experiments to drive qualified inbound and improve conversion across the funnel.
Use Karumi's own demo agent as a growth channel and a flagship example of the product.
Own the analytics: define metrics, instrument the funnel, and report on what's working.
Partner with the founders and the AE on messaging, positioning, and pipeline targets.
Who you are
5+ years in growth, or an early growth hire at a Series A/B startup.
A full-stack marketer — you run content, paid, SEO, and lifecycle yourself, not just brief a team.
You've actually scaled revenue and growth before, and can point to the numbers.
Strongly analytical; you instrument, measure, and iterate rather than guess.
Excited about AI and a genuinely novel product category.
Your First 90 Days
By day 30: you'll have audited our funnel, picked the first growth channels to bet on, and launched your first experiments.
By day 60: you'll have a repeatable inbound motion running, with metrics instrumented end to end and early wins to point to.
By day 90: you'll have turned Karumi's own demo agent into a working top-of-funnel growth loop and defined the playbook for scaling it.
