Role Overview
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of AI, engineering, and customer experience. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with enterprise customers - deeply understanding their marketing and data infrastructure, uncovering opportunities for AI automation, and helping design how JustAI plugs in to reshape their workflows.
What You’ll Do
Architect and implement integrations between JustAI and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
Prototype new workflows or AI agents that can become part of the broader JustAI product
Communicate closely with our customers to translate their needs into scalable platform features
Qualifications
A degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software engineering
Strong communication skills in English
Excited about working directly with customers
