What JODR does
Founded in 2020, JODR operates in Consumer Services offering the Journal on Dispute Resolution, a biannual publication produced by the Mediation Clinic at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. The journal serves as an open-access, student-reviewed platform for discussing both national and international developments in dispute resolution. It aims to balance practical and academic contributions on contemporary legal issues. JODR was launched alongside the Indian Mediation Week, which is India’s largest student-run Access to Justice Campaign, supported by various governmental bodies.
