What apna does
Founded in 2019, apna is a job and professional networking platform. The unicorn started as a career community and now offers job listings, skill development resources, and virtual job fairs. In 2023, apna partnered with the Labour Ministry to list jobs on the National Career Service and joined hands with DPIIT to boost hiring across startups. The platform is also working on expanding its international presence and tech infrastructure. With a revenue of Rs 139.78 Cr in FY24, apna competes with companies including Naukri, Internshala and IIM Jobs.
