About Us

The software that architects and engineers rely on is decades old, hard to use, and built for a pre-AI world. Since 2021, Cogram is building the alternative: AI-native tools that leading firms use to deliver projects.

What we’re looking for

Design engineers, designers that are comfortable shipping code, or design-savvy technical PMs

You’re good at talking to users and understanding requirements. You can design, ship, and own features end-to-end.

1+ years designing or building production software.

Habitual power user of AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or whatever’s next). Strong opinions about AI-augmented engineering. Always finding tools that make you and the team faster.

You know when to cut corners and when to be rigorous.

Stack

Typescript, Python, Postgres, Redis, React/TypeScript, React Native/Expo, Terraform/Kubernetes on AWS & Azure.

Benefits

Fully remote or in-office or hybrid (Berlin or London), three offsites/year. 38 paid days off (26 personal + 12 German public holidays). Competitive salary + generous equity. Personal development stipend.
