As a Solution Engineer, your mission is simple

• Make sure customers get results.
• You’ll partner directly with real-world companies to design the optimal implementation plan, address integration gaps, and ensure our AI delivers tangible value quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
• Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
• Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
• Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
• Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
• Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps

Skills We Value

• Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
• Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration
• Strong writing and customer communication skills
