About the role

We're growing the Partnerships & Careers team at Mesa School of Business, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships that last. You'll be the primary point of contact for founders, operators, and VCs across the startup ecosystem - nurturing these relationships over time, keeping them engaged through events and regular touch points, and eventually translating that trust into meaningful career outcomes for our students. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role - you'll work closely with leadership team, right at the intersection of startups, talent, and community.
