What Team Inferno does
Founded in 2011, Team Inferno operates in Clean Tech offering an opportunity for students from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute Of Technology to engage in designing, building, testing, and driving ultra-energy-efficient vehicles. The team competes in the SHELL ECO MARATHON, a global competition that challenges student teams worldwide. Team Inferno achieved a notable ranking of 3rd in India during the 2018 Shell Eco Marathon in Chennai. Additionally, in 2020, they won the Safety Category at the Virtual Off-Track Awards of Shell Eco Marathon Asia.
