What SFLC.in does
Founded in 2010, SFLC.in operates in Edtech offering legal services focused on technology, law, and policy. As the first Indian legal services organisation dedicated to these areas, it empowers citizens regarding their digital rights and freedoms while promoting informed decision-making among policymakers. SFLC.in also engages with various stakeholders to enhance digital rights through collective efforts and advocacy. In December 2023, it became the only Indian organisation inducted as a member of the IFEX, reinforcing its commitment to defending freedom of expression and information. Additionally, it has achieved Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
