Founding Engineer (Golang/ReactJS)

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core product team at Snazzy. This is not a standard job — you’ll be one of only two engineers working directly with the founders to shape, architect, and scale a high-impact product from the ground up.

If you’re looking for a stable 9-to-5 or large-team environment, this won’t be the right fit. Apply only if you’re deeply motivated by building in a small team, high ownership, high impact environment where your code will directly define the product and the company’s trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS).

Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience.

Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications.

Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software.

Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales.

What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience.

Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (our core stack).

Someone who thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments.

Bias toward action: you prefer building and iterating quickly over endless discussion.

A builder’s mindset — you care about product impact, not just clean code.

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.

Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products.
