In September 2022, Mahindra Logistics acquired Rivigo's B2B express business, including its customers, team, assets, technology platform, and the Rivigo brand, for ₹225 crore. With a revenue of Rs 0.62 Cr in FY22, Rivigo competes with companies including BlackBuck and Delhivery.
