What Rays Enserv does
Founded in 2014, Rays Enserv operates in the Clean Tech sector offering advanced supercritical thermal treatment technology that converts non-recyclable end-of-life mixed waste plastics into synthetic oil and syngas. The process transforms large molecular weight polymer hydrocarbon chains into smaller molecules in an oxygen-free environment. The synthetic oil product is intended to serve as a liquid fuel, replacing diesel in the non-transport sector for industrial burning, while the syngas is suitable for industrial fuel gas applications. A technology demonstration cum commercial scale plant with a capacity of 2 X 10 TPD was set to be ready for trial runs by the second quarter of 2017.
