About the Role

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building responsive, user-centric web applications. You'll be instrumental in creating intuitive interfaces that help our users navigate the complex world of credit card points and flight redemptions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and have the opportunity to shape and own our product's frontend architecture from the ground up, benefiting from our team's extensive experience in scaling technology companies.

Technical Requirements

Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for building scalable web applications

Experience with NextJS, including both Pages and App Router implementations

Expertise in modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS

Solid understanding of NodeJS and serverless architecture

Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS systems

Proficiency in implementing and maintaining error reporting and tracking systems

Knowledge of content management systems and email platform integrations

Experience with user analytics implementation and data-driven decision making

Consumer experience: previous experience in customer-facing frontend development is ideal (but not required)

QA: Strong quality assurance mindset with experience in self-review processes

Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in design implementation and user experience

Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and expanding your skill set

What You'll Do

Pair with design to build intuitive interfaces that make complex points calculations and flight options easy to understand

Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and NextJS

Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS

Work with serverless platforms to create scalable solutions

Integrate with various backend services and databases

Implement and monitor error tracking systems

Collaborate on user analytics implementation

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our frontend architecture

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

• $100,000 - $150,000
