Founded in 2007, Flipkart is a horizontal ecommerce marketplace. The decacorn offers multi-category products across electronics, fashion, home essentials, and more. Flipkart has expanded its offerings by introducing Flipkart Minutes for quick commerce services, establishing over 200 dark stores across 14 cities and plans to expand its dark store network to 800 by the year 2026. Flipkart also launched Super.money for UPI-based payment solutions, which already became the fifth-largest UPI player, surpassing CRED, by processing 139 million transactions in February 2025. With a revenue of Rs 18,241.60 Cr in FY24, Flipkart competes with companies including Snapdeal and Meesho.
