Own features end-to-end — interview customers every week and watch them use the product, and ship the feature they need by the next week
Build UIs that make complex blueprint and hardware data feel simple for people who've been doing this on paper for 20 years
Work across the stack: React frontend, Python backend + infra
Shape what we build next, not just how we build it
